We are Chi and Soo. An architect and an interior designer. A husband and a wife. And depending on who you ask, either the perfect creative partnership or a daily exercise in diplomatic negotiation.
Soo is the one who will remember your dog's name, ask how your mum's doing, and genuinely mean it. She brings warmth, colour, and an almost suspicious level of enthusiasm to every project. Clients tend to adore her immediately. We don't blame them.
Chi is the one who will spend forty-five minutes making sure the structural calculation is absolutely, unambiguously, irrefutably correct. He is precise, methodical, and we say this with love not the one you want to sit next to at a dinner party. But if you want a building that will still be standing in 2087, he's your man.
Together, we run The Architecture Factory from Sutton, South London a multidisciplinary studio where architecture and interior design aren't two separate conversations, but one seamless process from the very first sketch to the final cushion.
We work with homeowners, developers, and commercial clients who are tired of choosing between a space that looks stunning and a space that actually works. With us, you don't have to.

Uniquely, both TAF and Constructive Space operate with a dedicated in-house workforce—a rarity in our industry. This hands-on control ensures greater accountability, consistent quality, and projects delivered on time and to the highest standard.
